雅加达邮报5月4日电，印度尼西亚法律规定，每个州官员有义务在其上任前和任期结束后上交其个人财富报告。

根据肃贪会提供消息，Sudirman Said是唯一没有提交正式财富报告的内阁成员。

印度尼西亚肃贪会发言人Priharsa表示Sudirman应按照规定提交他上任两个月以来的财富报告，但是现在已经过去六个月了，Sudirman仍未想肃贪会提交其财富报告。

National scene: KPK awaiting energy minister’s wealth report

Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Sudirman Said is the only Cabinet member yet to submit his official wealth report, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has said.

“Minister Sudirman has not yet provided the KPK with his LHKPN [wealth report],” KPK spokesman Priharsa Nugraha said on Sunday as quoted by kompas.com.

Priharsa said that Sudirman should have submitted his official wealth report two months after he took office. “But six months on, Sudirman has not yet submitted his report to the KPK,” he said.

Law No. 28/1999 on clean governance stipulates that every state official is obliged to report his or her wealth prior to taking office and after his or her term ends.

However, under the law, there are no binding legal sanctions for state officials who fail to submit their wealth reports.

“Sanctions are administrative and imposed by their superiors,” Priharsa said.
